A Little More Info…
Having worked in several large and successful agencies I have built up a wealth of experience in different project management processes and documentation. I always enjoy learning so I am happy to fit in with the processes of your company whilst also happy to advise and showcase my own. I do not profess to be an expert in any management systems I have used many and if access and training can be provided I am happy to use!
Take Pride.
I treat every project as if it was my own, ensuring your clients get the best service. I am happy to operate under your brand, so I become a member of your team - all I need is an email address!
I primarily work remotely, but I do enjoy a day in the office and happy to attend client meetings when required.
Cost.
I charge a fixed day rate for site work and days spent out of the office (client meetings, working from client offices etc) and I charge by the hour for project management prior and post show. I keep detailed timesheets which are submitted with invoices at the end of each month.
Network.
I have built an excellent network of suppliers across the globe with experience working in collaboration with local suppliers, as well managing the logistics of shipping exhibition stands and build crews from Europe to the US and further afield.
I’m Not Ready!
I completely understand that commitment to a freelance can be difficult too early in a project and more often than not when you need us we are already booked so I try to operate in the fairest way. If you have a show in mind for me but you are not ready to commit I can ʻpencil you inʼ this gives you first refusal on those dates should I get the offer of confirmed work. Once a project is confirmed I do require a PO and acceptance of my terms which will be sent on booking.
